Our Introductory program is an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to traditional strength training. In our 1-on-1 sessions, we begin to safely guide you through traditional exercises, get you familiarized with proper bio-mechanics and movement patterns while laying the foundational strength and work capacity that is essential to you progressing. This program is designed to ensure your success and to give the trainers an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey.

SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING
