Kanoa Mongomery

Kanoa Montgomery earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Humboldt State University in 2007. His interest in physical fitness began when he was a child, and he joined a gym at the age of twelve. He played football through college, which is where he discovered rugby. After graduating from Humboldt, rugby drew him to Australia, New Zealand, and finally to Tonga. In 2011, Kanoa suffered a major back injury while playing in a tournament in Tonga, which forced him to give up what he was most passionate about. Kanoa returned to the United States where he came to appreciate how fortunate he had been to train under exceptional strength and conditioning (S&C) coaches. This led him to realize that he wanted to help others achieve their own fitness goals while staying safe and injury-free. From individual personal training, to CrossFit, to S&C, Kanoa has accumulated extensive experience in the field. His formal education, his years of working with international coaches, and his innate ability to know how—and when—to push people all combine to make him an outstanding coach.

Jesse Chippoletti

Jesse Chippoletti is a native of Las Vegas and attended Western Oregon University and Chaffey College where he played basketball on athletic scholarships. Jesse is a personal trainer having multiple certifications and over five years of experience in various gyms. Jesse learned the value of having a strong work ethic growing up playing multiple sports and dedicating a lot of his time to Tae Kwon Do, in which he earned his First Degree Black Belt at the age of eleven. Jesse began playing basketball in first grade and has taken an interest in physical fitness ever since. He has been involved in many team sports throughout his life, including basketball, soccer, and baseball. From 2013-2016, Jesse served as the Assistant Coach for the middle school boys football, baseball, and basketball teams, as well as the Head Coach for the middle school girls basketball teams at Las Vegas Day School. Jesse has experience working with a wide variety of clientele through many different fitness domains, including bodybuilding, power lifting, functional programming, metabolic conditioning, weight loss, strength and conditioning, wellness coaching, endurance training, and sports specific training. Jesse enjoys training multiple aspects of fitness, constantly implementing new methods and movements with an emphasis on strength to maximize his potential, as well as his clients’. Having been a collegiate athlete, Jesse understands what it takes to compete and succeed at the highest level.

Rachael Pecoraro

The first time Rachael gripped a dumbbell was in her sophomore year of college. After her first year attending university, a tragic family event caused her to change majors from physical therapy to criminal justice. Realizing her background as a cross-country runner was going to be of little advantage, she abandoned the cardio equipment and headed to the weight room to fortify her muscular structure to ensure she would excel in a relentless six-month police training academy. After graduating with honors, Rachael began her career in federal law enforcement with the United States Secret Service. After eight years of service as an Officer, a Control Tactics Instructor, and a Fitness Coordinator, she had the opportunity to transition to a full-time Tactics and Firearms Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. In 2014, she and her husband were given the opportunity to move across the world to Germany, where she quickly picked up where she left off as a Fitness Specialist, focusing on guiding and training members in and around the military community. With a background and extensive training in instructing physical fitness, tactical movement, and self defense, Rachael has expanded her skill sets even further to become a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, a Weight Management Coach, and a Poliquin BioSignature Practitioner. Along with the above-mentioned certifications, Rachael has her personal training certification through the Cooper Institute, Military Exercise Leadership certification also through Cooper Institute, International Powerlifting Judging credentials, and has successfully completed CrossFit Level 1 in Frankfurt, Germany. Rachael is also a national-level competitive bodybuilder, placing most recently third at the 2015 NPC USA Championships in July 2015. She is pursuing her goal of earning the coveted IFBB Pro status.
